DOH Revises DAL Regarding ACF Reporting of Deaths, Attempted Suicide, and Felony Crimes

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a revised Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) regarding the reporting of deaths, attempted suicide, and felony crimes. The newly issued DAL supersedes DAL 18-09, dated July 3, 2018, and the changes highlight the requirements to report to the Justice Center if such an incident occurred and if the resident has been or is a recipient of mental hygiene services.
