DOH Changes ACF IRP Process

The Department of Health (DOH) has announced a change to the Inspection Review Process (IRP) for adult care facilities (ACFs). The Dear Administrator letter (DAL) outlines key changes in the process, which are effective immediately. The IRP process is a mechanism for providers to dispute survey violations. We are pleased to report that the changes will afford providers some additional time to submit the complete package of information required. Members are urged to review the DAL carefully.
