ACFs Must Submit Quarterly Statistical Report by Aug. 1st

The Department of Health (DOH) has activated its Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) on the Health Commerce System (HCS). The report is for the second quarter of 2017 and is due by Aug. 1, 2017. All adult care facilities (ACFs) must complete the report, and transitional adult homes have additional reporting requirements. For more information, please review the Dear Administrator Letter announcing the report. The Department has also provided two attachments: Instructions and Definitions of Terms.
