ACFs Are Reminded That Statistical Report Is Due Jan. 31st

Adult care facility (ACF) members are reminded that the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the last quarter of 2021 is due by Jan. 31, 2022. Members can view the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) here.

ACFs with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more, in which 20 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness (i.e., Transitional Adult Homes), are required to provide additional information, outlined in the DAL.
