ACFs Are Reminded That Quarterly Statistical Information Report Is Due by Jan. 31st
Adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living members are reminded that the 2019 fourth quarter Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) is due by Jan. 31st. The Department of Health (DOH) has issued violations for failure to submit by the due date. Members are urged to ensure that the report is both saved and submitted by the due date to avoid any penalties.
