ACF/AL Members Are Reminded That ACF Financial Report Is Due in May
Adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living members are reminded of the upcoming deadline for submission of the 2020 ACF Annual Financial Report and the relevant certifications:
- For ACFs using a calendar year (Jan. 1st – Dec. 31st) as their fiscal year, the due date is May 15, 2022, or 150 days from the date this Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) was posted.
- Per 18 NYCRR §487.10(e), ACFs using a fiscal year period that differs from a calendar year are required to file their report by the 15th day of the sixth calendar month following the close of their fiscal year. If this falls before May 15, 2022, then the due date is May 15, 2022.
