ACF Providers Are Reminded That Reports Are Due Jan. 31st
Adult care facility (ACF) members are reminded that the ACF Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the fourth quarter of 2019 and the 2018 ACF Financial Report are both due by Jan. 31st. All ACF/assisted living providers must submit both reports. The Department of Health (DOH) has issued violations for late submissions of required reports, so be sure to submit them on time.
