ACF Members Are Reminded That EQUAL Application Is Due June 15th
LeadingAge NY adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living members are reminded that the application for Enhancing the Quality of Adult Living (EQUAL) Program funding is due by 5 p.m. on Wed., June 15th. The Department of Health (DOH) is not accepting late submissions. Click here for more information about the application as well as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the application process. Members are encouraged to review these documents carefully to ensure that you have addressed all aspects of the application.
