ACF EQUAL Spending Plans Due Oct. 6, 2023
Adult Care Facility (ACF) members that receive Enhancing the Quality of Adult Living (EQUAL) Program funding are reminded that spending plans for this year’s funds are due Oct. 6th. Additionally, last year’s funds must be spent within one year of receipt of the funds, which will also be this month. Providers received EQUAL funds in mid-October last year, though exact dates differed. In completing last year’s spending, the Department of Health (DOH) wants exhibits and receipts to be turned in. The Department signaled that they are unlikely to provide extensions to these deadlines, so we urge members to be mindful of these upcoming dates.
