ACF EQUAL Funds Were Distributed in Mid-December for SFY 2023-24

Adult care facility (ACF) members that receive Enhancing the Quality of Adult Living (EQUAL) Program funding should have received funds from State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2023-24 in mid-December 2023. Please make note of the date of receipt, as funds must be expended within a year of receipt and must be spent consistent with the Department of Health (DOH)-approved spending plan. Any modification to the plan, or extension to the deadline, must be approved by DOH.
