NYC Adult Care Facilities: You Are Cordially Invited....
New York City based Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) are invited to the 2nd Annual NYC Adult Care Facility Providers Emergency Preparedness Meeting on Wed., May 27, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CUNY Hunter Silberman Building/Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging. During the meeting, you will receive important updates from State and City officials, learn about new resources and network with colleauges. You will have the opportunity to dialogue with staff from the New York State Department of Health Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management, the NYS Office of Health Emergency Preparedness, New York City Emergency Management, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, ACF/AL Associations and Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging regarding preparedness inititaives.
