DOH Offers Emergency Preparedness Webinars on Exercises and Documentation

The Department of Health's (DOH) Office of Health and Emergency Preparedness (OHEP) is offering two webinars for nursing homes, adult care facility providers, and home care providers in preparation for exercises they will be conducting later in the year. The webinars are Exercises 101 and Writing an After-Action Report, both of which will provide valuable information to help providers in their emergency preparedness activities and assist those who must comply with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Emergency Preparedness rule to consider participation in exercises and subsequent documentation. Click here for more information.

You may register through DOH's Learning Management System and enroll in the course(s) under “My Courses” on the homepage. When you click on that link and course title on the day of the webinar, it will take you straight to WebEx to join the program.
