This webinar will discuss the trends and increasing risks associated with data breaches experienced by businesses of all sizes and levels of sophistication, including assisted living and long term care facilities. With an emphasis on the most recently imposed requirements under the HIPAA Final Rule, this session will review how facilities are affected by the requirements of the HITECH Act and what facilities MUST DO to meet their obligations.
