DOH Issues New ACF Resident Safety Plan Checklist

The Department of Health (DOH) has just issued a new Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) for adult care facilities (ACFs) that provides a Resident Safety Plan Checklist. This is a fillable PDF that creates a standardized approach for submitting safety plans.
