ACF/AL Members Are Reminded QSIR Is Due Jan. 31, 2019

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) announcing the availability of the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the 4th quarter of 2018. The report, which must be completed and submitted by all adult care facilities (ACFs) via the Health Commerce System (HCS), is due no later than Jan. 31, 2019. DOH does not accept late submissions; failure to submit this report by the due date may result in enforcement action. Additionally, facilities with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more, in which 20 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness, are required to submit additional information outlined in regulation.

Please note that while several people in the ACF’s organizational roles may input data for this report, ultimately the Administrator must review the report prior to submission, complete the attestation statement, and submit the completed report.
