Recording of DOH Webinar for ACFs on Fair Housing and Admission and Retention Standards Available
In late April, the Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) and resources regarding admission and retention standards and compliance with federal Fair Housing laws. On May 4th, the Department conducted a webinar to review the DAL and resources; click here to access a recording of the webinar, housed on the Health Commerce System (HCS).
