DOH Posts QSIR on the HCS for All ACFs
The Department of Health (DOH) has posted a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) announcing the availability of the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the first quarter of 2019. All adult care facilities (ACFs) must complete the report on the Health Commerce System (HCS) by April 30th. Facilities with a capacity of 80 beds or more in which at least 20 percent of the population are persons with serious mental illness must complete additional reporting, which is outlined in the DAL. Members are encouraged to review the DAL, Definition of Terms, and Data Entry Instructions carefully and ensure the report is submitted on time.
