DOH Issues Annual ACF Warm Weather Advisory

With springtime upon us, the Department of Health (DOH) has issued its annual warm weather advisory. The Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) reminds adult care facilities (ACFs) of regulatory responsibilities during the warmer months. The DAL also provides useful information regarding precautions, particularly for those on certain medications, and provides information that must be conspicuously posted in the building. For those reasons, members are encouraged to review the DAL to ensure compliance.
