DOH Activates ACF QSIR for 2nd Quarter of 2021
The requirement to conduct the quarterly and annual adult care facility (ACF) statistical report has been on hold for over a year with the COVID-19 pandemic. With the end of the state public health emergency, however, the Department of Health (DOH) has activated the ACF 2nd Quarter 2021 Statistical Information Report on the Health Commerce System (HCS). This report encompasses the time period from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. The report is due by July 31st. Additionally, facilities with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more, in which 20 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness, are required to provide additional information as described under 18 NYCRR §487.10(e)(3).
