Reminder: ACF QSIR Due July 31st
The Department of Health (DOH) has opened the second quarter Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for 2022. Click here to view the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) and here for the QSIR Companion Guide. All adult care facilities (ACFs) must complete the report, which is on the Health Commerce System (HCS), by July 31st. Members will note some minor changes in the report, some of which were implemented at LeadingAge NY's suggestion. Click here for a PowerPoint developed by the Department that walks through the report, highlighting items that have been modified. Members are invited to share feedback regarding the changes or any further suggestions you would like us to bring to the Department.
