ACFs and Home Care Agencies Must Have SFS Account for CHRC Reimbursement

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) outlining the steps that must be taken to ensure that adult care facilities (ACFs), certified home health agencies (CHHAs), and licensed home care services agencies (LHCSAs) get reimbursed for criminal history record checks (CHRCs). It is critical that these providers establish a Statewide Financial System (SFS) account and that the information in the account is up to date.
