ACF QSIR Report Due April 30, 2022
On April 1st, the Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) announcing the opening of the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the first quarter of 2022. All adult care facilities (ACFs) must submit the QSIR via the Health Commerce System (HCS) by April 30th.
Members should note that the QSIR has been revised since it was last completed, in an attempt to streamline the submission process. In addition, DOH added a new age bracket to capture the growing older population residing in these settings.
DOH has developed this presentation that highlights the changes made to the QSIR. In addition, this QSIR Guide has been developed to assist people in their completion of the report. Lastly, DOH has provided this copy of the report to serve as a reference.
