ACF Members are Reminded to Submit Quarterly Reports by Aug. 7th
The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) announcing that the 2016 Adult Care Facility 2nd Quarter Statistical Information Report is available now on the Health Commerce System (HCS). All adult care facilities must complete the report and submit by Aug. 7, 2016. Members are reminded to save the report and be sure to submit it on the HCS. Click here to view the DAL.
