CMS Health Care Innovation Awards Focus on New Payment and Service Delivery Models

Last week, LeadingAge New York participated in a webinar regarding the second round of Health Care Innovation Awards issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  Letters of intent for this opportunity are due by June 28, 3 p.m. and applications are due by August 15, 3 p.m.  The form for submitting a non-binding letter of intent is available on the CMS Innovation site.  Many of the questions related to the letter of intent are in the form of pull-down multiple choice responses.  Click here for more information and highlights from the webinar.
