UAS-NY Communication Regarding Contact Information for UAS-NY Support

The Department of Health (DOH) issued a notice regarding a change in the Uniform Assessment System for New York (UAS-NY) phone system effective January 2021, which will allow them to receive live calls again. There will be no change to how users reach the UAS-NY Support Desk; you should continue to use the same telephone number for UAS-NY Support Desk needs: 518-408-1021. You may also continue to contact the Support Desk by email at uasny@health.ny.gov.
