Minimum Wage Survey Due

The Department of Health (DOH) minimum wage survey for Assisted Living Program (ALP), hospice, and nursing home providers is due Aug. 23.  No late submissions will be accepted.

The survey is designed to help estimate the financial impact of the yearly incremental increase in minimum wage. Data gathered in the survey will help the state make appropriate Medicaid rate adjustments to reflect cost increases due to an increase in the minimum wage and to estimate funding needs for future years.  Members are encouraged to carefully review the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) issued by DOH for more details.
