LeadingAge NY Provides the State With Comments on State Transition Plan for HCBS Settings Rule
LeadingAge NY submitted comments on the State’s Transition Plan (STP) for the federal home and community based settings (HCBS) rule on behalf of our members. Our comments provide suggestions for the transition, with particular focus on the heightened scrutiny process; click here to view.
The STP reflects New York’s process for coming into compliance with the federal HCBS rule by March of 2019. The plan can be found here. The webinar provided an overview of the plan as well as priority concepts for agencies and providers of HCBS.
