DOH Posts April 2022 ALP Rates
The Department of Health (DOH) has posted updated Medicaid rates for Assisted Living Program (ALP) providers on its website. The initial April 1, 2022 Medicaid rates include the 1 percent increase to Medicaid rates enacted in the 2022-23 State Budget. Payment adjustments retroactive to April 1, 2022 were included in Medicaid payment cycle 2342, released on July 27th. Providers may access the rate listing on the DOH website here. DOH is fielding questions at ALP-Rates@health.ny.gov. We recommend that members review their rates and let us know if they encounter discrepancies.
