LeadingAge New York/FLTC is a recognized provider of recertification credits. HR Certification Institute (HRCI) pre-approved the programs below for HR (General) credit hours towards aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification.

LeadingAge New York's education affiliate, the Foundation for Long Term Care (FLTC) is a recognized provider of recertification credits. FLTC submits eligible programs to the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for pre-approval of HR (General) credit hours towards aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification.

Credit may be awarded to certified human resource professionals for participation in approved programs. Please reference the program details to determine if a program is eligible for HRCI credit.

To receive credit for your participation in an eligible program, complete the following steps:

1. Complete and submit a digital request form (emailed to you after an eligible program).  

2. Fill out the digital evaluation(s) provided for the program. 

Credit is awarded upon request via credit form and verification of the hours attended. Credit reports will be available on our website approximately 30 days following the program. 

To access your earned credits by year and credential type:

On this website, click the log-in button at the top right of the page. Once logged in, click the My Profile button at the top right of the page, then click the green Credit Reports button to access your available credit reports.
