Parking: Our host has limited parking but will reserve a few spots for us. Please consider carpooling. They will also offer a shuttle. A poll will go our to determine how many spots must be reserved.

5-7 Executive Blvd, Yonkers, NY 10701. The Hotel is minutes away from the host site.

Start time: The session will begin on March 10th with breakfast from 8:00-8:30. Session will begin promptly at 8:30.

End time: The session will end on March 11th by 4:30.

Another note: We will be taking pictures on the afternoon of March 10th. These will be both group shots and individual head shots.

Preparation:

In preparation for our work together, please read Our Iceberg Is Melting by John Kotter. Please also read the Harvard Business Review article, “The Innovator’s DNA”. The book will be provided during Session 1 and the article will be emailed to you.
