Register Now for 2018 Advocacy Days!

As preparations for the 2018 Legislative Session begin to get underway, LeadingAge NY, the Adult Day Health Care Council, and the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State invite you to participate in our two Advocacy Days, to be held in Albany in February and March. We hope you will join us to ensure that long term care is properly represented in the upcoming state budget.

• Nursing Home, Home Care, and MLTC Advocacy Day: Our first Advocacy Day, which will focus on issues pertinent to nursing homes, home care, and Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), will take place on Tues., Feb. 6, 2018 in Meeting Room 4 on the Empire State Plaza. To register, please click here.
• Housing, ACF/AL, Aging Services Program, and NORC Advocacy Day: Our second Advocacy Day will be held on Tues., March 6, 2018 in Meeting Room 1 on the Plaza and will focus on issues related to housing, adult care facilities (ACFs), assisted living (AL), aging services programs, and Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORCs). Materials for both days, including issue briefs, talking points, and other information, will be distributed beforehand. You may use these resources to educate your representatives about the challenges you face and build support for our policy agenda.
