IGNITE Leadership Academy Application Now Available for 2026-27 Class!

(April 7, 2026) The LeadingAge NY IGNITE Leadership Academy application for the 2026-27 class is now available! IGNITE is a professional development program designed to facilitate the development and growth of senior living leaders. Inspired by the LeadingAge National Leadership Academy, this state-focused program was developed with the guidance of LeadingAge NY member leaders and leadership experts. The Academy focuses on internal and external relationship building, the sharing of best practices, and a passion for continuous learning. It is unique from other leadership training in that it is solely for LeadingAge NY provider members, and LeadingAge NY members are an integral part of the experience.

Applications for the 2026-27 class are due June 5, 2026.
