UPDATED: MLTC Policy 13.22 (a) Personal Care Contracting Policy - Rates

An updated personal care contracting policy on rates that Managed Long Term Care Plans (MLTCPs) must pay personal care providers serving MLTCP members, including those in Albany, Onondaga, Monroe and Erie counties.  Effective until March 1, 2014.
