CAPABLE RFA Deadline Extended to April 15th

(April 8, 2025) The Department of Health (DOH) has extended the deadline for the Community Aging in Place – Advancing Better Living for Elders (CAPABLE) program Request for Applications (RFA) and posted a second RFA addendum that is now available in the Statewide Financial System (SFS). There have also been modifications to Attachment 2 – Application Cover Page and Attestation. The application due date has been updated to April 15, 2025.
