DOH posted a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) outlining the revised, non-episodic Jan. 1, 2013 Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Medicaid rates, pursuant to Part 86-1 of the Commissioner's Administrative Rules and Regulations.
