More Counties to Implement UAS-NY Beginning July 1, 2013 Beginning July 1, 2013, all home and community-based long term care Medicaid programs in Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie and Washington counties will begin activities to transition to the UAS-NY.

CHHA- 2013 Hotline Rates for Pediatric Patients DOH posted a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) outlining the revised, non-episodic Jan. 1, 2013 Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Medicaid rates, pursuant to Part 86-1 of the Commissioner's Administrative Rules and Regulations. These rates will be used to reimburse claims for patients under 18 years of age, and for patients served by a pilot program which provides services to a special needs population of medically complex and fragile children, adolescents and young disabled adults.
