DOB Hosts Bidders’ Conference on Pay for Success (Social Impact Bonds) RFP The Division of Budget (DOB) hosted a bidders’ conference on Aug. 16 for its Pay for Success (social impact bonds) Request for Proposals. The Pay for Success (PFS) RFP seeks to award PFS contracts, in which a service provider partners with an intermediary, to raise operating funds to support an evidence-based, cost-effective program. The government will repay third-party investors that provide the operating funds only if agreed-upon outcomes are achieved and verified by an independent evaluator. Up to $30 million has been appropriated for this program. Read more here.
