Nursing Home Salary Report

LeadingAge New York has released the 2013-14 Nursing Home Salary Report.  Participants in the salary survey conducted earlier this year have received the results that include data for more than thirty common nursing home positions.  Nearly 160 members participated in the survey allowing us to organize the results into 20 regional breakouts including DOH regions and a number of Wage Equalization Factor (WEF) regions.  The biennial report was sent to participant facility administrators, CFOs and HR directors.  We thank all the members who responded to the survey and helped ensure that all participants could enjoy a robust, comprehensive report.  If your home participated and you have not received a copy, please let us know.  Non-participants may contact us to purchase selected data.
