Carbon Monoxide Detectors in Nursing Homes

ABSTRACT:  DOH issues information on Amanda’s Law.       

DOH has issued a Dear Administrator letter on the recently enacted Amanda’s Law which requires the installation of carbon monoxide detectors in residential settings. The letter for the most part instructs providers to seek guidance from their local building code department.
