DOH provided updates and answered questions at MLTC plan meeting.

After two years of unavailable data, the 2022 payments will be based on plan performance.

DOH announces that May 16^th will be the start date for initial assessments.

DOH specified the regulatory changes to be implemented on May 1^st for personal care and consumer directed personal assistance services. It also notified stakeholders that the independent assessment changes will preliminarily apply only to initial assessments. Other changes will be suspended until a later date to be announced with 60 days prior notice.

New process is now scheduled to begin on May 1^st as DOH launches dedicated website.

First of six sessions focused on the processes around scheduling and completing initial assessments; second session scheduled for Jan. 26^th.

The first of a series of operational trainings will be held on Jan. 14^th and focus on the initial assessment process.
