DOH Distributes 2017 Actuarial Memo
Single-capitated Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans should have received the 2017-18 Mercer Actuarial Memo this week. The publication provides a detailed description of actuarial assumptions used in rate development. The Department of Health (DOH) is asking that advance questions to be addressed at the plan meeting be submitted via the Bureau Mail Log at mltcrs@health.state.ny.us by Mon., May 8th.
