HCR Posts Resource Regarding Low Income Housing Tax Credit Opportunity

(Aug. 11, 2025) As we reported previously, the state has announced a variety of Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Funding Opportunities; click here for background. RFPs and application materials, including application submission instructions, can be found on the HCR website. HCR has since posted a presentation regarding the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) which can be found here. Applications are due Sept. 11.
