DOH posted updated guidelines as of May 31 for the provision of personal care services in Medicaid managed care. The guidelines cover the same areas as the previous version from June 2012 with updates on the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program and developing the plan of care.  

DOH will activate the 2010 LHCSA Statistical Report on the Health Commerce System (HCS) on June 10, 2013. The deadline for submitting the reports is August 9, 2013. The LHCSA Statistical Report is used to collect information such as the number of visits and revenue by payor, the number of personnel employed, and the numbers of cases and visits by service and county.
