ICD-10 Codes for Certified Home Health Agencies

Last week, the Department of Health (DOH) posted a list of ICD-10 diagnosis codes which are applicable to the 2009 Base Year Episodic Payment System (EPS) Grouper for Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs).  This list can be found here.

DOH noted that if the EPS Grouper is revised to reflect data from a more recent base year, the list of applicable diagnoses may change. All questions on the list of ICD-10 codes are to be submitted to: bltcr-ch@health.ny.gov
