Upcoming LeadingAge Quality Metrics Training

The Home Health Quality Metrics training session on Thurs., Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. will be held for members that provide home health. Participants will learn how to log in to the website, create groups and run various types of analyses.

Home Health Quality Metrics users are able to create custom benchmark groups using various combinations of attributes specific to home health agencies (state, county, zip code, ownership type, urban/rural designation, etc.). Once these groups have been created, comparisons can be made using various types of analyses. The results of these analyses are displayed in table and graph layouts and can be easily exported to Excel or image files to allow for easy inclusion into presentations or reports.

Home Health Quality Metrics is the latest addition to LeadingAge Insights and complements Nursing Home Quality Metrics, an interactive data tool that provides skilled nursing homes with the ability to analyze their 5-star ratings, staffing, quality measures and deficiencies. More than 680 LeadingAge members currently access the nursing home and home health data tools to identify opportunities for quality improvement and for tracking and trending their CMS publicly reported data.
