DOH Provides Recording of ACF Survey and Enforcement Webinar
(Dec. 9, 2025) The Department of Health (DOH) held a webinar today, Dec. 9th, regarding the adult care facility (ACF) survey and enforcement processes. They have shared that a recording and course materials can be found on the Learning Management System (LMS) by searching Course Number OALTC-575-ADULT CARE FACILITY SURVEY & ENFORCEMENT PROCESSES in the Course Catalog - Course Description. The webinar is about 30 minutes long and provides a high-level overview of the process. LeadingAge NY had been asking DOH to provide more education regarding the process.
