The second session, scheduled for Nov. 8th at 12 p.m., will provide additional information regarding documentation and adverse events. Registration is required and available here. Questions may be sent to DOH at ltcsurveyops@health.ny.gov.

The first session, held on Oct. 13th, covered the basics, documentation, and recognizing adverse events. A recording can be accessed on the Health Commerce System (HCS) using the following path: ->Documents by Group->Long Term Care->Training.

Members should also note that DOH will be hosting an infection control back-to-basics webinar on Dec. 12th; more information will be available soon.
