(April 22, 2025) Adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living members are reminded of upcoming deadlines for various reports:
- ACF Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) Due April 30th
- ACF Financial Report Due May 31st
- Assisted Living Program (ALP) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Quarter 3 Reporting Due May 6th
