New DAL Regarding Safe Record Keeping for ACFs and AL

The Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) outlining requirements for adult care facilities for safe recordkeeping, which can be viewed here. The DAL references a recent Medicaid Update article, which can be accessed here. We urge members to review both documents carefully to ensure proper steps are taken to store and protect records accordingly.
