DOH Issues New Resident Guide to ACF DOH Inspections

The Department of Health has updated the Adult Care Facility/Assisted Living Residence document "A Resident’s Guide to NYS Department of Health Inspections." DOH asks that you include a copy of this revised guide in your admission packet for new residents. Click here for the DAL and here for the revised guide.
