DOH Issues DAL Regarding ACF Applications Requiring Information
The Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) on April 17th to remind adult care facility (ACF) providers and applicants that they risk having applications deemed abandoned and withdrawn if failing to provide information requested by DOH or failing to complete certain aspects of the application within specified timeframes. The DAL also reminds that applications must be submitted via the New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON) system. Click here to review the DAL.
